Transaction criteria

Minimum asset value € 10 million (machinery and equipment, real estate, inventory, accounts receivable)
Minimum asset value € 5 million (machinery and equipment) loan to value up to 80%
Duration on average 6 – 36 months
Must contain moveable assets (machinery & equipment)
Real estate, inventory, accounts receivable can all be included in the transaction
Price to be determined depending on amount, LtV, duration, industry, etc
Underlying assets need to be liquid and tradeable
